These terms apply when you use this website, buy SnapLinkr cards or subscribe to SnapLinkr Pro from BWJ Tech Solutions Private Limited.
Orders
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- An order is confirmed when payment is received. You will receive an order confirmation and GST invoice by email.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details, spelling and artwork you submit. Production begins only after you approve the design proof.
- You confirm that you have the right to use any names, logos or images you upload, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.
Digital profile
Each card links to a SnapLinkr digital profile. A free profile remains available for as long as your account is in good standing. You are responsible for the content you publish on your profile and must not use it for unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
SnapLinkr Pro subscriptions
- Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay and renews automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time from your account. Pro features stay active until the end of the paid period; there are no partial refunds for unused time.
- If a renewal payment fails, your account moves to the free plan until payment succeeds.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or service, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with its security or availability.
Liability
We work to keep SnapLinkr available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order or subscription concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
