Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses across India.
Production time
Production starts after you approve your design proof. Engraved Metal and Bamboo Wood cards and printed PVC cards are produced, NFC-encoded and quality checked before dispatch.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery date for your pincode is shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier partner.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships, you receive an email with the courier name and tracking link. You can also see the status in your account.
Address changes and failed delivery
Contact us as soon as possible if your address needs to change; we can update it until the order ships. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping may be charged.
Digital products
Your SnapLinkr digital profile and Pro subscription are delivered online and are available as soon as payment is confirmed.
