BWJ Tech Solutions Private Limited ("SnapLinkr", "we") runs this website and the SnapLinkr digital profile service. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account and order details: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, GSTIN (if provided) and order history.
- Card details: the name, designation, company, contact details and logo you enter for your card.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference, never your full card or bank details.
- Enquiries: what you send through our contact and demo request forms.
- Usage data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to improve the site.
How we use it
- To process orders, produce and deliver your cards, and issue GST invoices.
- To create and maintain your SnapLinkr digital profile when you buy a card or a Pro plan.
- To send order, proof, shipping and subscription updates.
- To respond to enquiries and provide support.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run SnapLinkr: payment processing (Razorpay), shipping partners, email delivery and hosting. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell your personal data.
Your digital profile
Information you publish on your SnapLinkr profile is visible to anyone who taps your card or opens your profile link. You control what appears there and can edit or remove it at any time.
Retention
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires. Other data is kept while your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing emails, by contacting us through the contact page.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
